Eng. Osama Hishmat has been graduated from the faculty of Engineering at Cairo University. Determined to further enhance his knowledge and skills, he pursued a postgraduate degree in project management in 1994. Eng. Osama has had the privilege of working with renowned European and American companies such as ‘Schuco, Hueck, Gotz & Vista Wall’. His expertise in Designing, Planning, and Management has taken him to various countries including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the Emirates. Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, he embarked on a journey to establish his own business. In Dubai, he successfully founded RDDG, a prominent façade consultancy company. This venture allowed him to showcase his expertise and contribute significantly to the industry. In 2012, His passion for his country led him to establish ‘Elements’, a company dedicated to the development of products for exterior facades and interior spaces. With a keen eye of market trends, he has successfully introduced “RAUSCH” and “MERIT” brands in Aluminium products, as well as “Kitchens & Co.” and “MOBILIA Designs” brands in the Kitchens & furniture field. However, Engineer Osama’s vision extends far beyond his previous achievements. Recently, he has made his lifelong dream a reality by participating in the founding of new products under the renowned ‘Elements’ brand.
